Few birds to be seen but some interesting fauna and flora at this Surrey Wildlife Trust site. Grayling Butterfly, Raft Spider, a Fox Moth caterpillar and a BeeWolf.
The Slow Worm was crossing the cycle track in Willington and running the risk of getting flattened. As for the Bullfinch, I've been trying to pin him down for ages.
If I told you this was a White-tailed Lapwing would you hold it against me ? Best views that could be had from the road - approx half mile ?? Thanks for the drive Mark.
