Norfolk White-Out

A winter white-out at Cantley Marshes this morning, 70 Taiga Bean Geese eventually showing themselves once the blizzard subsided. A much improved afternoon at Stubb Mill watching a total of 24 Common Cranes fly in to roost.

Two desert vagrants gracing the Lincolnshire coast this weekend. Interesting to see the Steppe Shrike ground-feeding, something I'm assuming this race pallidirostris to be more prone to ?

Wood Lane - after the fog

Male Stonechat still frequenting Wood Lane and no less that eleven Jay sightings this morning with birds all heading down the hill from Sheerhatch.
